The torque application adjustment and capping speed are guaranteed by a servomotor which controls both parameters.

TIRELLI has two models with different raising/lowering systems:

NEBEL featuring pneumatic height adjustment
RO featuring mechanical height adjustment

Optional automated cap feed, orientation and application is available. All the format changeovers are fast and do not require the use for any tools.

TIRELLI thermo-sealers are ideal for sealing plastic or glass containers with an aluminium or polypropylene foils.

The reciprocating motion model TS 300 allows to handle up to 300mm-wide foil reels and seal from 1 to 3 containers simultaneously.
The linear model TS 150 allows to handle up to 150mm-wide foil reels and seals 1 container at a time.
While the sealing head seals the container, the excess foil is trimmed from around the edges of the opening.

TIRELLI rotary capping machines are suitable for low, medium and high production speeds. The bottles are directed by a star wheel to the capping station where the capping heads close the bottles. The caps are usually fed in by a mechanical sorter. The RO models can have a minimum of 3 heads to a maximum of 12, for a speed from 50 bpm to 240 bpm.
To adjust the torque, TIRELLI uses a servomotor which controls the speed and torque applied.
The format changeovers are fast and do not require the use of tools.

The RO EC has a servo cam, that can be programmed to adapt to different type of caps and pumps. Each capping head is controlled by two servomotors: one controls the torque, while the second one allows to adapt the format to different height regulations.

The KT model is a rotary capper suitable for pumps and triggers. It can have a minimum of 6 head to a maximum of 16. The speed range is 80-210 bpm. An anticorrosive configuration is available.
